The Y's fitness centers are packed with all the latest cardio and strength training equipment. Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training equipment, you can achieve your goals at the Y.

Free Wellness Consultations - New members and those who need a refresher get FREE Get Started sessions with a YMCA Wellness Coach. Our coaches help you establish a workout plan and also teach you how to use the cardio and strength training equipment. We'll also introduce you to group exercise and aquatics options.

Free Group Exercise Classes - The Y offers various group exercise classes with membership. From Zumba to Yoga, Pilates, cycling, step, bootcamp and more, you can find the perfect class at the Y. Classes run from 5:30 am for early risers, and well into the evening for those who need to burn off steam after a long day. View our extensive group exercise schedule on the schedules page.

Free Child Watch - We'll watch the kids while you work out (available at most of our Ys)! This special benefit is available to Y family members.

Free Youth In Action - Our Youth In Action program is equipped with games and activities geared towards emphasizing our core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith. Youth 7 through 12 years of age can participate in the Youth In Action area for up to 2 hours, while the parent remains in the facility.

Active Seniors at the Y enjoy an opportunity to increase their physical activity, enjoy social interaction, and learn healthy lifestyle skills. Silver Sneakers Participants- Silver Sneakers allows our older adults to take charge of their health by participating in physical activities. Classes offer our seniors low impact and joint friendly sessions involving cardio, flexibility, strength training, and coordination exercises. Light weights, elastic tubing, and stability balls are incorporated with an opportunity for modification based on ability. Classes are FREE for members.

*Some insurance providers will cover a Senior's monthly membership fees as a preventative health benefit. Consult your provider to find out if you qualify.

Pools & Aquatic Programs - The Y's indoor pool is the perfect place to swim laps, take lessons, or splash around with family and friends. View our pool schedules for the most updated calendar of lap and open swim hours. Certified lifeguards staff our pools, and our swim lessons are taught by trained instructors.

Personal Training - Whether you want to lose weight or tone up or train for an athletic event, YMCA personal training will get you results. Register at the Welcome Desk.
