At the Longmont YMCA we are here to help you reach your goals, and we offer a wide variety of helpful services that give you the knowledge needed to do just that. Whether it's personal training, group classes, a free orientation to make sure your on track, time with a Registered Dietitian, or participation in a program like Project Thrive, we have something that will get you there! Personal TrainingIndividual TrainingDon’t go it alone. Get professional assistance and see results! Our trainers focus on teaching you how to exercise effectively, not just walking you through the motions. If you're the type of person who loves the motivation a trainer provides, you'll love our very affordable training packages. If you just need a new and more challenging routine, a small investment will get you the perfect regimen for you. All personal training and nutrition sessions must be purchased in advance and be used within one (1) year of purchase. No refunds are given for unused sessions. Personal training is available to YMCA Members only. Buddy Up – Training for TWOShare personal training sessions with a friend and you’ll get personal attention at a more affordable rate, not to mention a buddy to help motivate you.
