In his free time, Nick loves to get outside and experience all of the amazing and beautiful things that Colorado has to offer by cycling, mountaineering and hiking, running, snowshoeing, and anything else active you can think of!  He also spends his time continuing his education and preparing for Graduate School, where he intends to get a Master Degree in Health and Exercise Science.

why work at the y?

Over the course of my career I have worked at more gyms than I can count.  The Y is, by far, the best place I have ever been given the opportunity to promote health.  Other facilities put profit before member satisfaction, success, and health.  Here at The Y I'm encouraged to follow my passion for health promotion and do whatever I can to help improve the lives of those in my community.  No pushing overpriced training packages on members, or pressure to come up with new ways to get at your money.  The one and only directive here is to make a difference in the lives of our members and our community.  Here I'm given the freedoms necessary to go the extra distance for our members and help them achieve their goals.

Being an employee at the Y helps make me feel like a part of this great community and allows me to make an impact on the the community as a whole.

My biggest Satisfaction is making a difference in a person's life by helping them reach their goals, regardless of their age or ability level."
