Group Fitness Class Descriptions:

 

Butts and Guts: This high intensity class targets two specific areas. Can you guess which? 

Butts and Guts Blast: Your favorite class in just 45 minutes. Be ready to raise your heart rate and sweat!

Pilates Power: A 45 minute class based on the 29 standard moves in Pilates along with a variety of strengthening Yoga poses and other body weight movements performed on the mat. All fitness levels are welcome!

Fitness for Everyone: Learn a variety of low impact cardio and toning exercises in this fun class.

High Energy: Enjoy a great cardio workout with all over body toning exercises.

Cardio Tone: A perfect lunch break class. Cardio, strength and toning all in one.

Y Pump: An intense strength and endurance workout using barbells. You set your own weight.

Sculpt and Stretch: This Active Older Adults class uses weights, bands, bars, balls and steps to challenge the whole body.

Boot Camp Blast: Just like the military, minus the razor wire and live rounds, set to music. 45 minutes (starting Oct)

Cardio Kickboxing: A mix of martial arts and boxing at a fast pace to build endurance and strength.

Baile Aerobico/Sabor Latino Dance: This cardio class is designed to make you sweat while dancing and having fun!

Cycling: Enjoy this great cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike that can be modified for all fitness levels.

Zumba: Latin choreographed dances that create a dynamic cardio workout.

Power Tone: This energetic early morning workout is just the way to start your day.

Burn and Tone: Do you have 45 minutes to get your day started? This cardio class is intense and fast!

Weekend Warrior: Get your Saturday going right. This class is an hour of intense Cardio and weights!

 

 

Water Fitness Class Descriptions:

 

Silver Splash: This fun class will help you build strength and increase your range of motion.

Senior Water Walking: A safe and effective cardio class in shallow and deep water wearing an aqua belt.

Moon Tide: This friendly class is designed for full figured individuals.

Surfs Up: An energetic workout that will get your heart pumping and muscles moving.

High Tide: An intermediate class with cardio and toning segments.

Water Power: Dive in for a high intensity, impact free workout.
