Try a different type of workout – try a water aerobics class!

 

Silver Splash: Join us in the pool for a variety of exercises that can help you build strength and increase your range of movement.

Saturdays 8-9am; Wednesdays and Fridays 11:45-12:30pm.


Senior Water Walking: A safe and effective cardio workout which involves walking in shallow and deep water wearing an aqua belt.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30-8:30am


Moon Tide: This fun and friendly class is designed for full figure individuals.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8:30-9:30pm

Surfs Up: An energetic workout that will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving!
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30am


High Tide: An intermediate class with cardio and toning segments.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9-10am

Water Power: Dive in for a high intensity, impact free workout.
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
